These terms govern your use of Irmaya’s marketing site, product, and related services. By using the service, you agree to the responsibilities and limits described here.
1. Use of the service
You may use Irmaya only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of the content, playbooks, campaigns, and customer data you provide into the platform.
Accounts must not be used for spam, fraud, harassment, or any activity that violates WhatsApp, Meta, Stripe, or other third-party platform policies connected to your workflow.
2. Customer communications
You are responsible for obtaining any consent required before sending messages, collecting customer details, or using broadcast features. You must comply with applicable privacy, consumer protection, and communications laws in your operating jurisdiction.
3. Billing and availability
Paid plans renew according to the pricing and billing terms presented at signup or in your contract. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.
We may update features, rate limits, or pricing with reasonable notice. We may also suspend or restrict access if your use threatens platform security, reliability, or legal compliance.
4. Data and third-party services
Irmaya integrates with third-party providers such as hosting, messaging, analytics, payment, and support tools. Your use of those connected services is also subject to their own terms and policies.

5. Liability and contact
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Irmaya is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, message delivery failures, or third-party outages.
