How to delete your data
If you signed in to Irmaya using Facebook, you can request deletion of your data by following the steps below or by removing Irmaya from your Facebook apps.
Option 1 — Remove via Facebook Settings
- Go to Facebook Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites
- Find Irmaya in the list
- Click Remove
- Facebook will automatically notify us to delete your data
After removal, your data will be deleted from our systems within 30 days.
Option 2 — Email Us Directly
Send a deletion request to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include the email address or Facebook name associated with your account.
We will confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your name, email address, and profile picture
- Your account and login association
- Any WhatsApp conversation history tied to your account
- Billing records (except those required by law for up to 7 years)
